These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final. Betting is a risky activity. You can lose the full amount you wager. Never bet more than you can afford to lose, and do not treat betting as a source of income.

2. Account Rules

To open an account on ZZ777, the following conditions must be met:

Deposited funds can only be used for services on ZZ777. If your balance doesn't appear immediately after a deposit, please wait 15 minutes. If it still hasn't updated, contact support with your transaction reference number.

No Deposits from Someone Else's Number

Do not deposit into your account using someone else's bKash or Nagad number. If detected, your account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals placed on hold until the investigation is complete.

4. Withdrawal Policy

ZZ777 is committed to returning winnings to members as quickly as possible. Key rules regarding withdrawals:

Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals up to ৳10,000 are typically processed within 7–15 minutes.

Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may require identity verification (KYC). Once verified, payment is processed within 24 hours.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements attached to the bonus have been fully met.

5. Betting Rules

There are a few important rules to keep in mind when betting on ZZ777. These rules apply equally to all members.

Bet Acceptance & Rejection: ZZ777 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason. This typically occurs with large bets or unusual betting patterns.

If a match is cancelled: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all pre-match bets are voided and the full stake is refunded. If a match starts but is abandoned before 50% of the scheduled time has elapsed, bets are generally voided as well. If more than 50% has been played, settlement may be based on the result at the time of abandonment.

Erroneous Odds

If a technical issue causes odds to appear abnormally high or low, ZZ777 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds. Honest players will generally not be affected by this.

Live Betting: Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time you place a bet may differ from those confirmed at settlement. ZZ777 accepts bets based on the last confirmed odds.

Single & Multiple Bets: ZZ777 supports both single bets and multiple (parlay) bets. In a multiple bet, losing any one leg results in the entire bet being lost.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ZZ777 offers a variety of bonuses, each with its own specific terms. Please read the relevant bonus terms before claiming any offer.

Welcome Bonus: New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. This bonus is available one time only. To qualify, make sure to enter your bonus code (if applicable) in your account before making your first deposit.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ZZ777 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • For breaching terms and conditions
  • If evidence is found that an account was opened using false information
  • If suspicious betting patterns are detected
  • If an underage account is detected
  • If a Member Wishes to Close Their Account
  • Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 2 years)

Before closing an account, ZZ777 will attempt to notify the member concerned. However, in cases of fraud or serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

9. Privacy
